Excellence in Special Education Award
The Kalamazoo RESA Special Education Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) proudly sponsors the Excellence in Special Education Award to honor individuals who go above and beyond in supporting students with an Individualized Education Program (IEP).
This award celebrates educators and staff who inspire, empower, and help students with disabilities reach their fullest potential.
Who Can Nominate?
Parents, guardians, and students are encouraged to share their stories of excellence by nominating an outstanding special educator.
Eligibility:
Nominees must be currently employed by a school district within Kalamazoo County or by Kalamazoo RESA.
How to Nominate
1. Complete the nomination form and the required supporting criteria form.
2. Submit both forms by Friday, February 27, 2026.
