“The health and safety of our students, families, staff and communities will always be our top priority,” the letter said. “Schools are vital in meeting students' academic, social, emotional and physical well-being; and with your cooperation, we will continue to do everything we can to offer as many educational options as possible to those we serve.”

“We are asking everyone to help stop the spread of COVID-19,” the letter said. “Our ability to offer or continue to offer face-to-face learning is dependent on how well we, as a broader community, carefully adhere to safety guidelines in our day-to-day lives.”
