IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING ATHLETIC PHYSICALS:
K-Valley Orthopedics has served most of the local school districts, including Galesburg-Augusta, over the past several years by providing the medical staff for athletic physicals. However, due to a change in medical requirements, K-Valley Orthopedics will no longer be able to perform athletic physicals for local schools. Please make plans to schedule your child's athletic physical through your family doctor or another health care provider. I apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. Also, please remember that a valid physical for the 2010-11 school year must be signed by the appropriate medical staff on or after April 15th, 2010. Please call the Athletic Director, Mike Woodard, at 484-2016 if you have any questions.
If you are a parent of a high school student-athlete, please be aware of the following school policies:
1. All of your child's uniforms and equipment must be turned in from their previous sport before they may begin their next sport. This includes the paying of any outstanding athletic bills.
2. Their participation fee from any previous athletic seasons must be paid before they may begin their next athletic season.

Galesburg-Augusta Community Schools offer a variety of ways for families to save money while attending athletic events. Please click on the tabs above to find out more information.

STUDENTS:
You may purchase student Athletic Passes in the high school office, or at many of the high school athletic events. The cost is $20 for elementary and middle school students and $30 for high school students. The passes are good for all regular season, home high school athletic events throughout the school year.
Students (K-12) may also purchase tickets in advance for away league contests at a discounted rate. The tickets may be purchased in the high school office for $2. This is a $2 to $3 discount. Also, the money will stay with our school instead of going to the host school. Again, these are student tickets only and can only be used at away league events. Please encourage your students to buy their tickets in advance and help support our school.
SENIOR CITIZENS:
Our league offers a discounted admission price of $3 for senior citizens (62 yrs. and up). You need to have a senior citizen pass in order to receive this discount. The pass is free and can be picked up in the high school office from 7:30 a.m. until 2:45 p.m.
We also offer discount punch cards (see info. under ADULTS) with a senior citizen discount. For example, the 40 admission pass can be purchased for $86
