On Saturday, January 15th, the second class of the Galesburg-Augusta Athletic Hall of Fame was inducted at a luncheon ceremony at the High School.  Inducted were 5 individuals and 2 teams.  This second class is a great slice of G-A history.  The luncheon gave people the opportunity to catch up, some not seeing others for almost 30 years, and gave others time to reminisce share stories from the days at G-A.

The luncheon is an annual event hoping to draw crowds that want to get together and see friends and classmates.  The luncheon serves not only the opportunity to introduce our new class, but it also gives a chance to recognize previous classes and serve as a fundraiser for our sports booster program.  If you are interested in attending, or making a donation toward the Hall of Fame, contact Jeff McCubbin at jamccubbin@aol.com.
